This is a critical presentation--especially after learning the fence-gutting amendment which was snuck through Congress last year also included a "sunset" provision on DHS authority to build any additional fencing. The provision strips DHS of any authority to determine location of fencing after 12/31/08 -- and may prohibit any fence construction after the end of this year without reauthorization by a pro-amnesty Congress and pro-amnesty President. Ultrasound Informed Consent Act Needs Support!

The Ultrasound Informed Consent Act (S. 2075, H.R. 5032), legislation that would require that a doctor perform an ultrasound and then share the results with the woman and allow her to view the images before performing an abortion, needs a grassroots push for more support.
